And the interviewer also asked him about the possibility of Jake Paul getting a lucky hit with a hook or an uppercut. And Tommy Fury simply replied that if that’s a possibility, he’ll just laugh it off. So, Fury seems quite confident in his preparation and he genuinely thinks he’s got a fair shot against Jake Paul.
Fury doesn’t respect Jake Paul as a fighter
Fury claimed that he trained with far-hard hitters so Jake Paul’s punches can’t possibly hurt him. He claimed, “I’ve been used to being hit by heavyweights and Olympic gold medalists, world champions and whatever, so Jake Paul – a little kid from Disney – what’s he going to do?”

Furthermore, Fury claimed that he would go as far as letting Jake hit him during the fight. He further added that it wouldn’t matter to him if Paul had some few jabs crossing his arms here and there. He said it would be like getting hit by a 5-year-old kid.
Fury also addressed Jake Paul’s previous trash talks and claimed that that’s all Jake is good for. “This man has talked himself into a good fight when you hear the saying, ‘Oh, he talks a good game,’ this man does talk a good game,” Tommy claimed. “Whereas me, I can fight a good game,” he added. Recently, Jake Paul sent a warning to Tommy Fury with a bizarre slap at the press conference.

Fury said he has to give some credit to Jake Paul there, but when it comes to boxing, Paul doesn’t stand any chance. ‘TNT’ believes he’s going to make a mockery out of Jake Paul, and he’ll prove the same on February 26.
