Tyson Fury Accused of Harassment Following the Dillian Whyte Fight

The renowned British promoter, Eddie Hearn, accused Tyson Fury of harassment. The British star Anthony Joshua’s promoter shared his experience of face time with ‘The Gypsy King’ during the celebration of the latter’s phenomenal win over Dillian Whyte.

Talking to DAZN, Hearn said, “I couldn’t hear him that well, as he was out drinking, and I was in a restaurant. I think he was saying that he was trying to call AJ, and asking me for his number. I think he was just harassing everybody, basically! He was having a few drinks, and he was celebrating.”

Furthermore, he added, “I just told him, “well done”. But he’s just retained his title, and he’s calling me and trying to call AJ! Tyson Fury is… very popular at the moment, and anything negative you say about him won’t go down very well.”

Notably, after stopping the WBC mandatory challenger, Dillian Whyte, with a lethal uppercut in the sixth round, the champion announced his retirement.

According to the 33-year-old British warrior, this was his last appearance in the ring. The greatest heavyweight of this generation wanted to spend time with his family.

Interestingly, after finishing his job as a boxer, ‘The Gypsy King’ took to celebrations with his family and close friends. Meanwhile, he took Matchroom Boxing’s Eddie Hearn on face time. According to Hearn, In a drunk state, Fury tormented him and his fighter by making several calls.

The boxing fraternity is well acquainted with the ongoing rivalry between Tyson Fury and Eddie Hearn. The pair have engaged in exchange war many times.

The feud between the two came to the surface when Hearn failed to land a pretty hyped showdown between Tyson Fury and the former unified heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua.

However, it became intense during a recent clash with Dillian Whyte. Hearn and his fighter did not attend the major press conference, expressing their disagreement with the business thing, which was criticized by ‘The Gypsy King’ later.

Maybe Tyson Fury wanted to connect with Hearn to end all past scores as he is retiring from the sport. But it did not sit well with the English promoter.
