The bout between Anthony Joshua and Robert Helenius has finally come to a conclusion. Joshua has defeated ‘the Nordic Nightmare’ with a devastating K.O. in the seventh round of the matchup. However, what has now caught the attention of many fans is the post from DAZN Boxing. DAZN Boxing took to social media to share the picture of UFC legend Conor McGregor along with Ebanie Bridges at the event. In the caption of the post, they wrote, “Sláinte.”

The duo was seated together ringside and the bantamweight boxer can be seen promoting the Forged Irish Stout. However, what caught the attention of the fans on X is how close both of them were in the video, with McGregor’s hand over her shoulder. Earlier in the night, the female boxer had taken to social media to ask her fans to “Keep an eye out” for her. Moreover, ‘Mystic Mac’s’ appearance in the arena had already caused a huge commotion among the fans. However, as this post went viral, there was nothing stopping fans from bashing the former UFC champ and the current IBF female boxing world champion. Many fans even brought his Fiancé Dee Devlin into the conversation.

Fans’ reaction to the picture of Conor McGregor and Ebanie Bridges together

Fans were not impressed with the picture of the duo together and they made sure to let their disagreements known in the comments as well. Many chose to question the nature of the relationship between the two. However, there were also others who expressed their disappointment towards McGregor, indirectly claiming that he has lost his hunger for the fight game.

One such fan, GUNPOWDER & HOLYWATER expressed his disappointment over McGregor wearing expensive accessories. He shared the close-up of the watch the fighter was wearing as he wrote, “This watch let’s me know he’ll never fight again.”

Another fan, Billy went off against Bridges as he hurled insults towards the boxer. He wrote, “One of the most obnoxious, self centred, camera hogging, arrogant, overhyped jokers in all combat sports, sat next to Ireland’s Conor McGregor.”

Meanwhile Andy White appeared confused at Bridges’ actions asking, “Why is Ebanie Bridges being a ring girl? I thought she was a pro boxer? I’m confused.”

However, Hesham El Ghazaly appeared impressed by the watch McGregor was wearing. Complimenting it he wrote, “I like that Jacob & co watch”.

Jamie W chose the post to question the fighter’s actions and relationship with Bridges. He wrote, “How’s the missus @TheNotoriousMMA … got kids in the house too.”

Another fan, Cal shared his disagreement with Conor McGregor’s actions. He wrote, “I could have all the money in the world and I wouldn’t embarrass the girl who paid my way when I had nothing like this.”
