In a thrilling upcoming event titled ‘Judgment Day’, Saudi Arabia is set to host a heavyweight boxing spectacle on December 23. Two main bouts are the talk of the town. Anthony Joshua, a seasoned two-time unified champ, will trade punches with Otto Wallin. Meanwhile, the electrifying Deontay Wilder squares off against former WBO titleholder Joseph Parker. Deontay Wilder, once the proud WBC champion, faced a setback in 2020, losing his title to Tyson Fury.

However, he bounced back in 2022, securing a swift victory over Robert Helenius. Opposite him stands Joseph Parker, the Kiwi fighter who once held the WBO heavyweight crown. While Parker seeks redemption after his 2018 defeat to Joshua, his recent loss to Joe Joyce adds to the stakes. Interestingly, a video of both fighters’ workout comparisons surfaced on YouTube recently. The video featured both Wilder and Parker, who could be seen performing pad work in front of the fans. Here’s how the fans reacted to the video.

Parker’s plan to dismantle Wilder

While gearing up to challenge a fighter such as Deontay Wilder, Parker is not taking the bout lightly. Parker recently trained with Tyson Fury and coach Andy Lee. This trio believes they’ve cracked the code to defeat Wilder.

Discussing the strategy, Parker mentioned to ESPN, “I feel very confident with the game plan that Andy came up with. We’re getting good advice from Tyson. He’s the only guy who’s been in the ring with him three times and beat him twice.”
