Fans and followers have been reacting in streams ever since they came across the latest photograph of Eddie Hearn, displaying his stunning physique. It’s been sometime since reports about the Matchroom boss taking his gym sessions seriously began making the news. Finally, last December, he even made it to the cover of a leading health magazine, Men’s Health.

According to a November piece on talkSPORT, at one point, Hearn’s weight stood higher than many of the heavyweight boxers under Matchroom Boxing. Clearly, Eddie Hearn has managed to transform himself for good. Speaking with Men’s Health, he said how happy he had been with the visible outcome. “When I wake up in the morning, I go into the bathroom, and I get a glimpse of myself and go, ‘F***ing hell yeah. That’s good enough. That makes me feel great for the day. Right now, physically, I feel better than I’ve ever felt in my life, and I’m 44 years old.” He told the publication.

He serves as a good example to many who prefer hiding behind excuses and neglecting their health. Ultimately, the power to transform lies solely in one’s own hands.
