At the age of 45, ‘PacMan’ wished to enter this year’s Paris Olympics in a bid to bring gold to his country. However, the International Olympic Committee upheld its traditional stance on the age limit, refusing his special request. While that ship may have sailed for the Filipino native, two sensational undertakings are still very much present for him. One is the pre-decided, Buakaw Banchamek fight. The other? Against his friend and former sparring partner, Amir Khan. To overcome these daunting challenges, the fighter remains ready. Or, so the fans think in his latest Instagram post.

The Manny Pacquiao Suave

On his Instagram, the former welterweight champion uploaded a video from his training camp. In it, the 62-8 record holder can be seen gliding through the training session at his gym. All smiles, gleaming, jumping, and rapid swipes at the speed bag. His passion for the sport and excitement were powering him through.

Earlier today, reports picked momentum that former super-lightweight, Amir Khan would make his comeback to the ring against Pacquiao. To The Sun, the English fighter suggested a Saudi Arabia fight between them. “I mean I am training a little bit here and there but the thing is the only man that can make that fight happen is Turki Alalshikh.” “I think Turki Alalshikh can make that fight happen between me and Manny Pacquiao,” he added.
