The boxing world once stood poised with its championship fights headlining each day. Then came a disruptor who changed the landscape forever. The force was Jake Paul. After establishing himself as an abled YouTube influencer, he ventured into the realm of combat. Heralding a paradigm shift in the conversations that the realm would engage in, he situated himself as a fighter to look out for. It’s been five years since he first entered the ring and he’s still going strong, even stronger than his brother Logan Paul and his business associate KSI.

Jake Paul has strategically placed himself as a fighter who demands one of the biggest paycheques in the industry. And rightly so. Every time he announces a fight, he makes sure he gives his fans an ample amount of entertainment. In and outside of the ring! And perhaps that is why he has found himself today on the list of top earners on Forbes 2023.

Jake Paul headlines as the second-highest-earning creator

Ever since he entered the ring, Paul has hardly made any content that would earn him those massive bucks. Yet, among the cheques he counts from the fights he undertakes, he has added multiple avenues of income to his portfolio. For instance, his own boxing promotion company, Most Valuable Promotions, has led the way in holding the most lucrative cross-over fights lately, adding millions to his revenue.

Paul also owns a profitable online sports betting company called Betr, which has been paying massive dividends for him lately. Additionally, let’s not forget the endorsements he undertakes. With such versatile streams of income under his belt, he has emerged as the second-highest earning creator for this, surpassing his brother Logan Paul and his biggest rival, KSI. While ‘Problem Child’ listed $34 million for this year, his older brother registered $21 million, and KSI reportedly earned $24 million.

Paul fell massively short of Mr. Beast, who located himself in the number one position with $82 million in total earnings. However, the striking distinction here remains that Problem Child sparingly makes any content and has fully directed his body of work toward combat. Mr. Beast on the other hand still roots himself in content creation.

The list comes at a time when Jake Paul is preparing himself for his last and third fight of the year on the 15th of December against an unnamed opponent. This year has highly been in his favor given the two high-profile fights he undertook.

Despite the scathe to his boxing career, he came out richer than before with a stellar $30 million payday. Within almost six months, he entered the ring yet again. This time in pursuit of redeeming himself from the Fury loss. His fight against MMA fame, Nate Diaz saw him go home victorious not just concerning the game but also in terms of the bills. He secured a $2 million payday.

Seven weeks from today, Problem Child undertakes yet another fight that will possibly be even more lucrative than ever. With the name of the opponent still undisclosed, the realm remains keen on the updates on this front. Stay tuned as we follow this lead.
