In the ever-competitive world of professional boxing, few can leave a name that shines as brightly as Andre Berto. The former welterweight champion has gone against the likes of Floyd Mayweather Jr. to prove his mettle in the ring as a fighter. Though Mayweather outclassed him and even taunted his girlfriend in the middle of the fight. He ended his professional run back in 2018 after his final bout against Devon Alexander which he won via split decision. His posts have raised several questions in fans’ minds about the possibility of the former champion making his return to the ring after 5 years. Moreover, recently he shared a video of him performing mitt-drills. In the post he captioned, “CHOPPING WOOD” he could be seen throwing some heavy punches even at the age of 39.

Andre Berto impresses fans along with boxing champion with a recent video
As the video surfaced fans couldn’t help but marvel at the amazing display of strength by the former champion. The Boxer showed off his immense might after being retired for so long, raising questions in the minds of fans, about his potential return to the ring. Even women’s undisputed middleweight champion Claressa Shields also joined in the frenzy. She took to X as she retweeted the post and simply wrote, “Monster”.

Another fan shared his surprise and confusion as he claimed that the boxer was just teasing the fans. He asked the boxer if he was indeed planning on making a return to the ring once again.
