Joe Rogan and Punkie Johnson had a good conversation about how Johnson’s been training for the sport of boxing lately. And Johnson shares information about how her trainer doesn’t hit her with a hard real punch, so she understands it would hurt if anybody got punched for real. Rogan agrees with Punkie Johnson’s speculation and adds that the punches are never good for the brain.
Then they hopped on to the conversation about Floyd Mayweather, where Rogan said, “That’s why for my money, Floyd Mayweather is the best ever because he’s the guy that got hit the least.” Johnson added that she admires Mayweather as a great defensive boxer and loves that he’s not too aggressive. Joe Rogan replied, “He’s exactly the right amount of aggressive to win.”
