Unlike other sports, a small mistake or a slight diversion of focus costs big in combat sports. There have been many contests where one would see a minor distraction leading to a brutal knockout.

In the beginning, the clip showed two boxers coming closer to touch the glove. Just after touching the gloves, one fighter threw a brutal left hook that knocked out the other one. Per boxing rules, there was nothing wrong in that shot.
However, it did not go well with boxing fans. They criticized this move.
A fan wrote, “F**king scumbag and coward. No honour in this victory may as well have lost.”
A fan wrote, “Would you consider that a cheap shot or no?”
