McLaren driver Carlos Sainz Jr put in a strong performance to record his second consecutive 5th place in Hungary. After thanking and congratulating the team, the Spaniard burst into an impromptu song.

He started sing Smooth Operator by Sade, to his engineer’s laughter. Then, his engineer, Thomas replied, “Carlos, check the radio, we seem to have picked up some dodgy music channel again.”

Carlos Sainz responded by ‘changing the station’ and singing a different tune before asking it that was better. Needless to say, the engineer was left a little gobsmacked and could only reply, “Maybe”.
