At WWE Royal Rumble 2024, we saw some debuts and comebacks. In the women’s Royal Rumble, Naomi returned after almost two years away while Tiffany Stratton made her official debut on the main roster, among other surprises that occurred, such as Jade Cargill. Now, it has been made official that the former two are part of the SmackDown roster.

In the latest edition of Friday Night Smackdown, Naomi celebrated her official arrival with Bianca Belair, Michin, and Shotzi. No one expected that Tiffany Stratton would appear immediately after, as she too signed a contract as a new member of SmackDown, arriving from NXT. And with Nick Aldis providing two major contracts, WWE fans want him to sign a former superstar as well. In fact, she too demands it.

Mickie James wants Aldis to offer her a contract

After Nick Aldis signed Naomi and Stratton to become a part of the blue brand, fans praised the SmackDown general manager for bringing in top-level talents. And one such user posted a picture of the two superstars and one of Aldis’ wedding with former WWE superstar Mickie James and added the caption “Nick Aldi’s signing Naomi & Tiffany Stratton was the most epic decision he’s made since marrying Mickie James #SMACKDOWN”. And it seems like Mickie James actually liked the idea as she asked her husband to offer her a contract as well, as she tweeted a reply, “Ummm… Thank you? Ps @RealNickAldis if you’re handing out contracts… I might know someone. #foreverworker”

Well, this wouldn’t be a bad idea as James is already a fan favorite in the WWE. With AEW looking to recruit Mercedes Mone to the forefront of their promotion, the Stamford-based promotion could add another marquee star to truly showoff their strength in numbers of the women’s roster.

So it looks like everyone wants her back. Maybe with the current backlash the WWE is facing, it would be best if they do decide to bring such top-level talent back. With a resurgence underway in the women’s division and several new stars entering the foray, an experienced head could do wonders for the diversity in matchups and feuds.
