In his decades-long career, pro-wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has wrestled in various promotions. While he spent a substantial amount of time in WWE, The Hulkster had graced its rivals like WCW and TNA. Not just the 69-year-old, but another wrestler seemed to have a similar path, wowing spectators in the aforementioned promotions. He is also among the group of wrestlers who has had a beef with The Immortal One.

Deceased WWE Legend Superstar Billy Graham left a legacy as he boasted of a physique that would rival the bodybuilders of his generation. Heavily influenced by Graham, Hogan carried the baton and stamped his authority as an imposing figure, literally! He had 24-inch biceps that were fondly referred to as his pythons.
Another wrestler who turned eyes with his chiseled physique was Scott Steiner, who had biceps measuring a whopping 26 inches. Interestingly, he got into a feud with The Hulkster in yet another saga of friends turned foes.

Speaking about their animosity on the Full Send Podcast, Hogan said he tried to help Steiner when no one would talk to the wrestler.
“I tried to help and no one would talk to him. Everybody was scared to death of him so I was the one that always had to go talk to him and say ‘Scott I need you to do the job. I’m here to try to talk to you about business but if you don’t want to do it that’s okay, we’ll get somebody else to do it you know.’,” he said. Though Hogan didn’t specify the time of the interaction, it is likely to be during their respective stints in TNA.
It was a classic case of ‘once bitten, twice shy’ for Big Poppa Pump, who warned a TNA higher-up against hiring Hogan. But why, and how did the feud begin?
Scott Steiner likely wasn’t pleased with the fall of WCW
Though there is no exact timeline of when Scott Steiner started to have a problem with Hulk Hogan, it is likely to have been triggered by the decline of WCW. While Hulk Hogan is praised for revolutionizing the pro-wrestling business, he is also one of the men behind the fall of World Championship Wrestling, WWE’s prime rival in the 90s.
Steiner had a fondness for the company and saw it being taken apart by mismanagement. He even came back to the promotion after his initial run in the WWE. Later, Steiner worked with TNA, where Hogan and Eric Bischoff would eventually ply their respective trades. The hiring was seen as a red flag by the 60-year-old, who rushed to then-TNA president Dixie Carter, advising her to negate the deal.

Unfortunately for Steiner, his fears came true as TNA slowly plummeted. The story took an ugly turn as the 2-time WWE Hall of Famer accused Steiner of threatening him during the WrestleMania 31 weekend. This forced the WWE to put a temporary ban on the former superstar.
However, that seems to have been a thing of the past as the WWE inducted him as part of The Steiner Brothers into its Hall of Fame in 2022. Though the same cannot be said for his feud with Hogan.
