After Riot Games released their FPS shooter Valorant, it garnered a great deal of popularity and fame. More people were attracted to the game’s dynamic gameplay, and this broadened Valorant’s player base. The game categorizes these players according to a rank system, with Radiant being the highest one. Players surely have a hard time reaching the Radiant rank as only 500 players can be in it.
Additionally, the fight for the #1 rank in a region is so immense that it is nearly impossible for normal players to reach it. Especially with the number of professional players fighting for that position. But, a 14-year-old kid just made headlines by achieving the #1 Rank in the European region.

The Valorant ranked system is categorized into 9 divisions. And to reach the topmost category, ‘Radiant’, players have to become the top 500 in their region. Surely the difficulty to reach there is so hard, especially because Valorant pros are constantly fighting for that position. But, a 14-year-old managed to secure the position of #1 on the leaderboard. Darxcio is a kid who is quite passionate about the game, and with sheer will, he managed to reach the first position in the Europe leaderboard.

This rank season surely was getting a bit of criticism for lowering the player’s ranks to the lowest MMR during the reset. Darxcio overcame all this to be one of the best in the region. The more highlighting factor is that Europe is home to many extremely talented professional players, so Darxcio surely can be proud of his achievement.
