The franchise’s official Twitter account posted a tweet informing fans and players about this sad news.

While there was no official announcement regarding Season 2, nor a release date revealed, the community was expecting this season to drop soon. The Season One Battle Pass expires on February 1. Typically, Call of Duty titles launches the next season a day after the Battle Pass ends. If Call of Duty Vanguard followed suit, the next season should’ve ideally dropped by February 2. However, as the Tweet says, this is not the case.

However, with the Season getting delayed, this might indicate that the developers are truly passionate and committed to offering something flawless.

However, it is interesting to know that Season 1 was delayed as well. However, as the community has quietly witnessed, the Season was completely broken. Flame weapons were ridiculously overpowered, Battle Pass skins were invisible, and crashes on consoles are common.
