IShowSpeed breaks a record during the finals
IShowSpeed was a constant entity that one could notice during the World Cup. He was present for many matches in Qatar, supporting his idol Cristiano Ronaldo. No one can forget his emotional breakdown after he witnessed Cristiano Ronaldo and his Portugal side got defeated 1-0 by Morocco.
Speed didn’t leave though, he supported the Argentinian legend, Lionel Messi. He was there for the semi-finals and for the finals. During the last day of the tournament, IShowSpeed was live streaming from the stadium. His stream within just 24 hours crossed more than 10 million views.

Speed was enjoying every moment of the nail-biting match with his fans. He even tore an Argentina Jersey with his teeth! In the end, he removed the Argentina Jersey he was wearing to reveal the Portugal CR7 jersey inside and walked out of the stadium.

The final was one of the most exciting matches in FIFA World Cup history. Both Argentina and France were equally matched on paper. Messi’s penalty in the early minutes created waves of excitement for the Argentinian Fans. When Ángel di María scored the second one, many surely deemed Argentina to win the match but was thwarted by two back-to-back goals by the young gun of France, Kylian Mbappé.

The same situation repeated during the overtime as well. Messi’s penalty goal was equaled by Mbappé. All those moments trickled down to penalty shootouts, where France lost their foot. Argentina lifted the World Cup after 36 years and Messi finally got to kiss his destined Gold Cup.
