Amouranth is popular for her ASMR videos and Twitch streams through which she earns around $133,000 a month, while also revealing she has earned a staggering $33 million from adult content platform, OnlyFans. In her recent Twitter post on her personal account, Amouranth announced that she had brought an $8.3 million car wash that sits on 1.5 acres, and includes a 4,000 Sqft C store and 4,600 Sqft Fueling service pump.

In her tweet, she described the purpose of the new car wash by saying, “To be honest it’s just another gas station (7-eleven) with a larger than usual car wash. This is prob one of the last ones before the 100% accelerated bonus depreciation rolls off.”

Notably, this was her second gas station, while the first one was $4 million in worth. She is also the owner of a 7-eleven store that she brought for $10 million. The question that arises though; Is she changing her career? Although it can’t be confirmed right now it will be a huge step toward her career if she starts focusing on her side-hustle more than her streaming profession.

Why does investing in properties help?

The most common question that can arrive is why so many investments? Well, the common answer is for future planning. Most of the time streamers have to face a lot of downfalls as their content can’t be consumed regularly for years.
