Fan Finds Interesting Call of Duty Modern Warfare II Shipment Easter Egg In Warzone II

Fans have been trying to make the best out of the Call of Duty Warzone II Season 1 with the second season around the corner. However, few of the fans are so hyped about the upcoming season that they have been trying to find as much content as they can from the trailer alone. Gamers are a dedicated bunch when their passion for the product is rewarded by the developers and, and, in this case, it is certainly the case.

After committing hours to their search, fans have found an easter egg in the trailer itself and it suggests that the easter egg is from the Modern Warfare II map that is being expanded upon in Warzone II Season 2.

The release of the Warzone 2 Resurgence map has been eagerly anticipated by fans of the Call of Duty franchise for some time now. Activision unveiled the map a few days ago and it will launch alongside Season 2 of Warzone 2 on February 15, 2023. This is a delay from the initial release date of February 1, 2023.

In the meantime, one fan shared exciting news as they found out that season 2 will feature none other than the Shipment Beach in it. A Reddit user, by the name of Lumenprotoplasma, shared the image from the screenshot from a Call of Duty Blog Post, while also writing, “Is Shipment Beach the new Season 2 map?”, showcasing several containers spread out on the beach.

The blog post also described the place as a “Shipwreck” while also describing the place by writing, “The inclement weather and hazardous shoreline spelled doom for two cargo tankers. Both vessels have run aground here, and the containers they were carrying have been mostly saved and stacked in a pleasing manner. Further northeast are cliffs and the main looping tarmac road, as well as a comms tower and lookout above a gas station.”
