Forza Motorsport is fast on its way, and a driving sim cannot look any better than this. It might be one of the best-looking games on the Xbox. It is not even surprising, given the fact that developer Turn 10 Studios has spent years perfecting every aspect of this title, from detailed tracks to realistic tire physics.

One thing everyone seems to be overlooking is the fact that Forza Motorsport is also releasing for PC. However, by the looks of it, the game would be pretty demanding on the platform. And recent benchmark results have proven this.

No doubt, the RTX 4090 is one of the most powerful GPUs on the planet. While these things change pretty frequently, there’s hardly a graphics card that can match 4090 in raw power. It has been showcased time and time again, most recently when it ran Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty in 4K and at around 75 fps. And now a post on X (formerly Twitter) has shown the benchmark of Forza Motorsport running on the same GPU.

Tom Warren shared a post on X. It shows that when run at 144p on ultra presets, Forza Motorsport runs at around 101 fps on average. However, this is not very promising. When compared to the series spin-off Forza Horizon 5, these numbers seem somewhat low.

These may very well just be pre-launch numbers. And it could be better when the game actually launches and gets its first post-launch patch.

Aside from the aforementioned numbers, the game is really gathering a lot of hype. Xbox fans cannot wait to get their hands on the first exclusive racing sim on their consoles.

The system requirements of this upcoming game are nothing to scoff about either.

While discussing the game’s performance, players must not overlook the fact that Turn 10 Studios has even set the game’s system requirements pretty high. For anyone unaware of what is required to run Forza Motorsport on their PC, here’s a look at its requirements.

RAM: 16GB

Storage: 130GB NvME SSD

The game literally requires an NvME SSD for its ideal requirements. But the weird thing is that its ideal settings ask for an RTX 4080 16GB GPU, yet RTX 4090, a 24GB GPU, is only giving an average of 101 FPS at 1440p Ultra settings.

Then again, we are far from a real-life assessment of this game, which can only come after launch. And let us just hope it’s better than this.
