Fortnite is one of the most played video games in existence right now. That doesn’t stop fans from complaining about the serious lack of creativity and new materials in the game. Monotony and unavailability of the game have always been a point of serious discussion among the players. As Fortnite Wild,  Chapter 4 of Season 3, drops, fans now finally have to look forward to an array of new content. New features like the mud slide will now let players gain a temporary accelerated speed boost to take advantage of their opponents.

The 16GB new update promises fans a new map: as the old map has sunken to reveal a new biome in line with “Wild“. Fans can’t really keep their calm as devs Epic Games suddenly look so generous in an attempt to regain much of their lost player base.

New Fortnite: New Exploits

Fortnite Wilds (season 3, Chapter 4) was released on 9th June, and streamers and players alike couldn’t wait to check out the new features hands-on. The reveal and gameplay trailers depicted a more-or-less similar map with new habitats and locations where the center of the map is covered in a thick jungle. While this already makes the battleground interesting, new weapons were also teased by the developers. Fans have flooded social media with Tweets showcasing several new features.

Along with new skins for the player characters and weapons, Mythic characters like Optimus Prime will now be available to play in-game. Parts of the new map seem to have risen from the sea and contain ancient relics. The players will also have the chance to explore a whole new set of POIs (points of interest), where they can upgrade their weapons and gadgets. Riding raptors, players can now not just ambush their prey but also be able to freak a lot of people out.

Get muddy to do a clean one

The new map also looked to have contained a muddy terrain, which is another new feature looking to change the dynamics of the gameplay. Epic Games hinted that the new terrain may be used to players’ advantage in some similar ways to the winter biome from the previous map. Players can slide on the mud to get some additional speed which they can use to their advantage in a battle royale. Players can also splash on the mud which provides stealth to the players.

With tons of new things to check out in Chapter 4 of Season 3, getting dirty in the mud doesn’t seem like a bad idea and streamers everywhere are scurrying to get the prime cut of things.
