All those who have played the survival-horror sequel might be familiar with the character of Alex Casey. Fans suspected that one of the FBI agents who makes an appearance in the sequel could be a tease for the Max Payne remake. James McCaffrey, Max Payne’s “OG” voice actor, also lent his voice to the character Alex Casey. The character also used Sam Lake as the model who has modeled for the character of Max Payne in the debut installment. The viral notion still has enough supporters, despite the fact that there hasn’t been any formal confirmation of it.

Additionally, Remedy’s creative director Sam Lake discussed Alan Wake 2 as a metaphor for the company’s history and future goals in a recent interview. All of these intriguing thoughts appear to fit the fan base now that we have official word on the Max Payne remake.
