MrBeast hosts a not-so-easy $500,000 challenge

The rules of the challenge sounded easy at first. As it happens, the 24-year-old built two huge circles and assigned one of them to each team. Now, every member of a team should stay in their assigned circle. If a participant touched the circle boundary, he/she would face an elimination from the team. At the end of 100 hours, whichever team had the most standing members won the challenge.

As time passed, many contestants from both teams backed out of the challenge. Some had errands to run, while others didn’t seem to care much about the money! Unintentional mistakes forced eliminations as some contestants slightly touched the boundary. As MrBeast proclaimed, there were 65 cameras in the room and heavy surveillance to monitor everyone and ensure a single elimination didn’t go amiss.

Even if a member left the challenge, he/she would still take home $5,000 if his/her team won. As a result, many found the opportunity to take a leap of faith for themselves.

In the end, the girls bagged the prize, winning the challenge by 2 people. The final score stood at 35-33, which was extremely close!
