The worlds of Call of Duty: Warzone and Vanguard will be colliding pretty soon. Players can expect several new weapons and map changes to the game. Warzone Season 5 Reloaded is currently in its final lap, which means the game has one more season before the integration takes place.
While the new addition has some takers, most of the Warzone community is concerned about the weapons and the content from Modern Warfare 2019 and Cold War. A new report suggests that Activision won’t remove any previous content for the time being.

The report comes via a tweet from InfoCoDES, which mentions that all the Modern Warfare 2019 and Cold War content will continue to exist as Vanguard integrates with Warzone until Activision says otherwise.
Last year, Call of Duty Cold War merged with Warzone soon after being released. We might get to see history repeat itself with Call of Duty Vanguard integrating with Warzone. Activision will also add a brand new anti-cheat system which might solve the issues of hackers and cheaters looming large.

It is a good thing that Activision is not removing anything to make way for the upcoming integration. If Activision does manage to keep most of the content from Modern Warfare 2019 and Cold War while some fixing the issues, it certainly will be a great move. However, the developers will need to make sure that all of this doesn’t overwhelm the Warzone community.
Quality over quantity should be the main focus of the developers. While new things are always welcome, these should not come at the cost of obliterating the existing content. Earlier today, Activision even dropped a new trailer for Warzone Season 6, which will introduce three new weapons into the mix. These are LAPA SM-03, Lever Action, and Galil.
