MrBeast Splits YouTube and TV With an Honest Take on His Elaborate Feastables Commercial

It is not a secret that MrBeast is one of the most popular YouTubers in the world. After all, the man has over 164 million subscribers combined all across his channels. Vividly, Jimmy Donaldson does not limit himself only to YouTube, as we saw him investing in his chocolate brand at the start of this year.

Now, six months down the line, he published a video ad on Twitter talking about how YouTube was a better platform for promotion as compared to national television.

Apart from being one of the most followed celebrities, Jimmy Donaldson has carved his way to the top in different areas. They extend from philanthropy and reactions to a massive investment in his chocolate factory.

At the start of this year, Donaldson ventured into the chocolate industry by building his brand, Feastables. He has never missed a chance to promote his products, as we all see in his YouTube videos. 

With that, Donaldson did a 14-second ad promotion on his Twitter, where he compared his brand to Hershey’s, saying that he was way better even after having half of the ingredients that Hershey’s did. Sounds like a normal promotion, right? But here’s the catch. MrBeast uploaded a caption saying, “I tried to run this as a national tv commercial but apparently it’s “non-compliant” lol.”

It was just a matter of hours before he replied to his own comment. Donaldson expressed his opinion about how YouTube is the best place for promotion and that tv commercials didn’t stand a chance. Here’s what he said, “Full disclosure I think YouTube is infinitely better for conversion and tv commercials suck. Just wanted to compare how bad commercials were for sales lol.”

Jimmy Donaldson‘s chocolate brand investment inspired him to build a Willy Wonka-style chocolate factory. The Youtuber had announced this a few months back and shared constant updates about it. Now, after spending millions of dollars and endless hours of work, he finally opened the gates to the factory on June 6, 2022.

The factory has a chocolate river, a chocolate waterfall, and a truckload of candy. So, if you haven’t had a look at it, you definitely should. After all, we have all dreamt of cruising through the Willy Wonka factory, and trust us, it will be a mesmerizing experience.
