A well-known and reliable video game leaker discussed Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. According to their information, Square Enix does not have any plans to release the Final Fantasy 7 remake trilogy on gaming platforms such as the Nintendo Switch or Xbox Series X. The leak was discussed on the FamiBoards forums in a conversation about potential games for the alleged Nintendo Switch’s successor.
The leak suggests that Square Enix prioritizes other projects. This could be the reason the Final Fantasy 7 remake trilogy is not coming on Nintendo Switch or Xbox. NateDrake suggests that while it remains a possibility, it isn’t the publisher’s current focus. However, the chances of the game being ported to these platforms are highly unlikely.
