Ludwig Ahgren is an elite YouTube streamer, but he started on the rival platform, Twitch. The American streamer was a rising star on Twitch, earning the moniker “The Golden Boy of Twitch.” But he surprised the world in late 2021 with his transition to YouTube.

The 27-year-old now livestreams on YouTube and has become one of the big-name streamers there besides the likes of Valkyrae and Sykkuno. He even won the ‘Creator of the Year’ at the 2022 game awards. But that wasn’t the end, as he added one more feather to his cap, which is owning an Esports organization.

Despite its youth, it has already achieved great success, such as winning the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 – Spring Split Major, and has established itself as one of the most recognizable teams in the Smash scene. In addition, the Apex Legends team has won some C and D-Tier tournaments.

Moist Esports recently shared a video with the caption, “A new friend has appeared!” Cr1TiKaL brags about his organization’s accomplishments to Ludwig in the video, who then questions him that doesn’t he needs to “burn” a lot of money on his organization. But Cr1TiKaL responds, “Didn’t Susan (YouTube CEO) give you a lot of money to burn?”

The video then switches to both streamers burning money, with Ludwig wearing a Moist Esports t-shirt and claiming that burning money is fun. The screen then displays “Moist Esports x Mogul Moves.” This amusing and short video was actually to announce Ludwig becoming a co-owner of Moist Esports.

How did Twitter react to this major news?

It was undeniably a significant announcement, so it drew a lot of attention on Twitter. From fans to fellow streamers and content creators, all congratulated the 27-year-old on his major accomplishment of owning an Esports organization.

Ludwig is not the first streamer to run an Esports company. Moist Esports co-founder MoistCr1TiKaL is a streamer, after all. If that isn’t enough, streamers like Nadeshot, CouRageJD, and Valkyrae are also co-owners of 100 Thieves. It will be interesting to see how Ludwig’s new venture goes.
