Pokemon GO: why Greninja?

Greninja might be weak against certain types of Pokemon like the electric type, but then again, it’s unlikely that players will come across electric types in this Remix Cup. Players unaware of Greninja’s settings and move-set can be taken by surprise, which almost always will mean an easy win. Greninja’s offensive stats are great. And the creature can easily take out other ground-type Pokemon like Nidoqueen.

On top of that, Greninja is super deadly around the time the game is about to end. And Greninja not only makes ground-type Pokemon eat dust but is also great against ghost and psychic-type Pokemon well.

Getting better results with Greninja

One thing players should take into account though is that for best results, Greninja must be combined with two other Pokemon that can handle the opening and middle part of the battles. While selecting Pokemon to combine with Greninja, it’s also a good idea to keep in mind Greninja’s weak points. Picking your Pokemon, while realizing the need to fill all gaps will better your chances of winning.

Greninja can be paired with Empoleon and Golbat, as in the attached video. Or players could swap out either Empoleon or Golbat with Beedrill or Alolan Muk/A-Muk. Players are recommended to try out different combinations to see which they like best. With the right combination, Pokemon GO players are sure to find themselves winning battles with ease.
