Starfield is launching on September 6th, and fans are very eagerly awaiting its launch. When a game is so hyped, people want to know every single thing about it as soon as they can. Such is the case with Bethesda’s latest open-world RPG, which is tipped to be a game changer for Xbox.

It is no secret that Bethesda has a history of shaky game releases. Skyrim and Fallout players surely remember what the respective game releases were like. And given the lofty expectations surrounding Starfield, fans will be praying for a much smoother release. And if the latest reports are to be believed, fans could be looking at a near-perfect launch.

Early impressions suggest Starfield might be much more polished than any Bethesda game yet!

Starfield developer Bethesda is known for making massive role-playing games. They create these lived-in worlds that players can explore at leisure. However, there has always been one hiccup- Bugs! This has become somewhat of a common occurrence too, so much so that people have dubbed them “Bugthesda.”

Early reports from Insider Gaming suggest that Starfield might just be Bethesda’s most polished game yet. The title is the largest game Bethesda has designed, and fans were naturally embracing themselves for some bugs here and there. But if this information turns out to be true, nothing can be better.

Bethesda’s older games, such as Skyrim and Fallout, launched with some major bugs. At its launch, Skyrim suffered from bugs that made NPCs fall through the floor, a bug that somehow ruined the fast travel system, and bugs that prevented players from completing quests. The worst of them all was a bug that prevented players from resting.

Fallout 4 too launched with some peculiar issues. NPCs were seen T-posing; sometimes things did not load completely; other times players found themselves kicked out of their power armors when trying to customize them; and much more. All those bugs were fixed eventually, but they were there, and they were annoying, to say the least.

So hopefully, as reported by sources, Startfield does in fact pan out to be the “least buggiest game” they’ve made, and just less buggy in general. Some even say it could be their biggest game launch. And it would look bad for Bethesda if such a successful game ended up being riddled with bugs. After all, no one wants a Cyberpunk 2077 situation on their hands.
