Thomas shared how Ryan focused on being himself and how to make his content better. He mentioned how Ryan has stuck to his own style of making thumbnails and interacting with people. While Ryan definitely took some ideas from MrBeast’s concepts, he kept his originality intact.

“I worry about this current MrBeast climate because it’s getting exhausting,” Thomas shared. “With every sort of culture comes a counterculture and Ryan, you know, and I, would like to think I’ve played a part in that of like being really yourself like unapologetically yourself… but still acknowledging these new things that we know about YouTube.”
