Valkyrae Provides an Update on a Scary Situation Which Landed Her in the Hospital for 6 Hours

Fans of Valkyrae were reasonably worried following her appendicitis-scare. She had to make a visit to the hospital where she remained for the next several hours before taking to Twitter to provide an update on her health. Fans seemed relieved to know her pain had lessened. And their well-wishes and support for their favorite personality show no signs of stopping.

Update on Valkyrae’s health

2021 has been Valkyrae’s year so far, with her retaining one of the top spots as a most-watched streamer. Naturally, fans worldwide expect to see her get back to what she does best soon.

Supporters, fellow streamers, and friends keep their fingers crossed, hoping the source of the pain is gone soon. Judging by the current state of things, it’s hard to tell how soon she’ll get back to streaming.

Former wrestler for WWE and celebrity, Thea Trinidad, commented on the post saying she’d got a similar scare back in March and sent her positive vibes.

Valkyrae had also made a post prior to her health update asking people to share their experiences of being diagnosed with appendicitis. Soon, thousands of people shared their experiences in an attempt to show solidarity and keep her spirits high.

Valkyrae has become huge since she first started uploading gameplay footage on Instagram way back in 2014. In 2020, she received the Content Creator of the Year Award, and in 2021, she was given the Gaming Creator of the Year award by Adweek. If the pattern suggests one thing, it’s that she will only get bigger with time.

Health scares are never fun, and appendicitis is no joke. Hopefully, in Valkyrae’s case, she won’t come down with anything too serious.
