When it comes to Lewis Hamilton, we not only know that he’s one of the most successful F1 drivers in the world, but also the richest driver after Michael Schumacher when it comes to net worth. Hamilton, whose net worth is around $285 million as of 2022, has real estate of over $130 million. However, that isn’t half of what American superstar Arnold Schwarzenegger has.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the name itself, is enough for a movie buff to recognize him. As for others, he’s The Terminator or the former Governor of California. However, the man is not only known for his movies but also for his massive real estate business. According to a report, it’s worth over $300 million, which is, of course, more than the entire net worth of Lewis Hamilton or double his real estate net worth.

The mega movie star has hundreds of office buildings, apartment units, and retail space in West Los Angeles. All these he made from his early days by investing in the correct time and correct places. So much so, that he was once a ‘beginning commercial real estate investor’.

The report also says that Schwarzenegger saw the importance of commercial real estate, which brought him to buy as many official spaces and hence made a staggering amount of net worth, which is more than the net worth of a lot of people.

Lewis Hamilton was shut down by the movie star in an epic fashion during the 2015 Australian Grand Prix. The post-race prize ceremony in Melbourne saw Schwarzenegger take up the role of the host while Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, and Nico Rosberg were all on the podium.

As The Terminator came up to take Hamilton’s reaction post-win, the Mercedes driver started by thanking the team for all the efforts they put in week in and week out. After this, to everyone’s surprise, Hamilton joked, “I thought you were taller.” Soon after this, he turned towards the crowd and pointed out, “I thought he was taller on Terminator,” and the crowd roared in with joy.

However, Mr Governor had the exact answer to Hamilton’s query when he replied, “I am not wearing my high heels” and they both started laughing. As this was over, the interview was continued with Hamilton, and interviews with Hamilton and Rosberg followed.
