He said that I was an idiot, I’m blind: Marcus Ericsson

Romain Grosjean is in his rookie season in the IndyCar series. He had previously mentioned when he left F1 last season; he had discussions with former Sauber driver Marcus Ericsson about the series.

Ericsson and Grosjean have both raced in F1 and were involved in a few crashes. Grosjean had blamed Marcus for crashing into him at the 2018 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, but the Swede was in no way near the Haas. Romain came on the radio and said,” I think Ericsson hit us.”

2018 Baku is not the only time the two tussled on the track. In 2016 Chinese Grand Prix, things got a bit heated between them as Marcus pointed out,” He said that I was an idiot, I’m blind — (Grosjean was) not behaving like a mature adult.” said Ericsson.

But both drivers have managed to impress in the IndyCar series with Grosjean finishing on the podium and Ericsson winning a couple of race.
