It’s no secret that Daniel Ricciardo was down in the dumps during his time at McLaren. For reasons unknown to him and the team, he wasn’t the driver they’d paid for. As it would turn out, enough was enough for the Woking-based outfit, and they dumped the Australian for F1 rookie Oscar Piastri in 2023. Now, the Honey Badger has made a fan-favorite move back to Red Bull for the 2023 season as their reserve driver. He’d admittedly be sitting on the sidelines this year, but it would appear that he’s gotten his mojo back!
