Formula 1 is an extremely demanding sport. It takes a great deal of commitment not just to make it to the pinnacle of motorsport but also to be at top of your game. With experience of over a decade in Formula 1, Lewis Hamilton revealed what the saddest part in this sport is.
Formula 1 drivers follow a strict dietary and physical regime to keep their bodies fit for racing. They are constantly on the move, away from home and that takes a toll mentally on them.
