Angela Cullen and Lewis Hamilton seemed to be inseparable during their time at a circuit. Whether it was the paddock, the garage, or the track, one would always find Cullen being there for the Briton. However, near the start of the season, Angela Cullen announced that she’ll be leaving the Mercedes F1 team and Lewis Hamilton to pursue other passions in her life. 

Nonetheless, the Kiwi instructor has been supporting Hamilton even when away from the track and the action. Cullen recently posted a story on her Instagram to recall the good times. Angela Cullen posted a picture of herself and Lewis Hamilton on the track where the 7X Champion could be seen holding the umbrella for her trainer. The caption to the story is “Throwback 2016.” Then added a 4 worded Motivation “A Moment in Time”. However, 2016 was also the season where Nico Rosberg defeated Lewis Hamilton.

Nonetheless, Cullen probably just wanted to recall the old times with Lewis Hamilton and wanted to show her support for Lewis Hamilton. Hamilton hasn’t won a race in 20 months with Jeddah 2021 being his last race win. Angela Cullen advised that she’s leaving the team that she called home for many years to pursue other passions in life. The Kiwi Trainer’s Instagram profile is full of new adventures. Cullen posted many pictures of trying her hands at surfing. She even suggested that Lewis Hamilton makes surfing look easy in one of her posts explaining how surfing has been the greatest challenge of her life.

Cullen can also be seen trying different forms of meditation, skydiving, and skiing. She also worked with the Bali Training Centre for some time as she posted pictures with the crew back at the center.
