The passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II witnessed an outpouring of grief around the globe. Formula 1 too mourned the loss of the longest-serving monarch of the UK. However, in the F1 realm, it looks like it was Red Bull boss Christian Horner’s wife Geri Horner who was the most affected by the loss of the Queen.

It is no surprise that Geri had a bond with the deceased Queen. Earlier this year, she appeared in a video message for the Queen for the Platinum Jubilee. Geri lauded the Queen’s efforts for uniting the Commonwealth, among other things. She also called her “inspirational” and thanked her.
