When is the Australian Grand Prix?

The weekend in Australia will kick off on the 8th of April. Qualifying is on the 9th and the Australian GP will commence on the 10th of April. The practice sessions start of the weekend on Friday; Practice 1 (1:00pm-2:00pm), Practice 2 (4:00pm-5:00pm) [AEDT]

Saturday will see Practice 3 (1:00pm-2:00pm), Qualifying (4:00pm-5:00pm). The race will start on Sunday at 3:00 pm. The race will be held at Albert Park, a circuit through the streets of Melbourne. It is set to remain on the calendar until at least 2025.

The Australian GP is McLaren driver Daniel Ricciardo’s home race. The Australian will be on home soil for the first time since 2019 and this time with a new team once again. Ricciardo will need fortune to favor him to add some points to his tally which are currently none.
