Vegas is set to be another jewel in the crown of F1 with its marketability potential. The race is set to debut in 2023. However, it has already had sponsors and fans lining up to be a part of the GP. Are fans yet to warm up to Vegas?

Although the Las Vegas GP has all the makings of a stunning weekend fans are yet to be on board with the idea of the race. The success of Drive to Survive has seen F1 gain major fan following in America. F1 in general has seen a massive Americanization with 3 US GPs from 2023. This has been somewhat of an issue with the fans.

They still want to see F1 retain the traditional circuits like Spa and Monaco whose futures are looking bleak. Spa might not make it into the F1 calendar for the 2023 season. Monaco’s long-standing F1 love affair reduces its risk of missing out on the action. However, Vegas could prove to be more than just a business opportunity for F1.
