This weekend, the Formula One paddock is visiting the Monte Carlo Street Circuit. The drivers have already begun to arrive at the track for the first practice session on Thursday. Carlos Sainz arrived at the track in quite a fashion, but he didn’t just stop there. He decided to drag Ferrari into his antics.
In his Instagram story, Sainz Jr posted a picture of himself riding a red scooter to the track. The Spaniard then opted to get cheeky and labeled his scooter, a ‘Scooteria Ferrari.’ All joking aside, the 26-year-old is eager to tackle the Monaco circuit in his actual Ferrari car.

So far, Sainz Jr has been doing a stellar job in the scarlet car. However, the Spanish driver has not been able to put up a consistent fight with teammate Charles Leclerc.
Some may chalk it down to the fact that he is not used to the car. On the other hand, some others may argue that quite a few races have passed and he has had enough time to adjust. Nevertheless, the Ferrari team is satisfied with his progress.

What can Carlos Sainz expect from the Monaco Grand Prix weekend?
Although the spotlight will be on the Lewis Hamilton–Max Verstappen battle, the other drivers should not be forgotten. Aside from Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez, there could be other contenders to get on the podium. While Mercedes and Red Bull rule the roost, it is a toss-up between Ferrari and McLaren for the ‘Best of the Rest.’
To that end, Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will face off against Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo. There may also be other teams who will be eager to get a good result in the principality. One thing is for sure, the battle on the streets of Monte Carlo will be truly epic. In addition to that, everyone will be wary of the barriers and will try their level best to stay away from them.
