Sprint has sprung for the top drivers

A lot is to be gained this time as the top eight drivers will bag points. The better positions you are in, the more you score. Moreover, yesterday’s qualifying results were almost unbelievable. The top 2 looked predictable as Verstappen and Charles Leclerc solidified their spots. However, with Lando Norris on P3 and Kevin Magnussen on a P4, we were all dumbfounded.

With 5 red flags, several yellow flags, and a wet track to conquer, qualifying was quite surprising, to say the very least. Verstappen in the end got lucky after Norris crashed into the wall, denying Leclerc to clock in a faster time. So, here is what the starting top 10 looks like for the Sprint: Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc, Lando Norris, and Kevin Magnussen start from the first two rows tomorrow. Fernando Alonso, Daniel Ricciardo, Sergio Perez, and Valtteri Bottas will take rows 3 and 4, respectively. While Sebastian Vettel and Carlos Sainz will have to settle for row 5.

Row 6 will be occupied by George Russell and Mick Schumacher. While Lewis Hamilton and Guanyu Zhou will have to start from row 7. The last three rows will be closed out by Lance Stroll, Yuki Tsunoda, Pierre Gasly, Nicholas Latifi, Esteban Ocon, and Alexander Albon. The grid is surely interesting!
