We’re within reach of the 3rd edition of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix commencing. The Jeddah Corniche street circuit has given us two epic races in the past, and this time around, too, the race presents a tantalizing prospect for all fans. Yesterday’s qualifying session has already amped the drama up as Max Verstappen DNF-ed during the session and will start the race from 15th today. But if you thought the miseries of Red Bull were done, then this Sergio Perez news may be a disappointment to you.

Sergio Perez will start today’s race on pole with Spaniard Fernando Alonso starting alongside him in the front row. Be that as it may, the Mexican’s ambitions of winning the race may have come under threat even before the event starts.

With less than two hours to go before the race starts, Red Bull mechanics have started working on Perez’s car. On the face of it, this may just be a benign procedure. However, fans on Twitter have started cooking up weird theories and conspiracies!
