Formula 1 has been very welcoming about the prospect of working towards a more sustainable future. They’ve even committed to net carbon neutrality by the year 2030. Bernie Ecclestone was a visionary when he held the reins of Formula 1. But he’s been notorious for his extravagantly ridiculous plans for the sport. Water-sprinklers? Really, Bernie?
