Lando Norris: the future leader of McLaren F1
Before the Japanese Grand Prix, Lando Norris had a fun outing with Ted Kravitz. The two played some indoor golf and did some wall climbing. Once the fun activities were over, the two sat down for an interview for Sky Sports.

The two talked about Oscar Piastri replacing Daniel Ricciardo next season at McLaren and Norris assuming the role of the leader of the team. Showing enthusiasm to take up the role, Norris said, “I guess you have a guy with more experience which will be me and I can refer more back to points of previous seasons.”
“And I’ll be able to refer to this year’s car and that’s something Oscar won’t be able to do so there’s a lot of things because of my experience that I’ll be able to use and help the team more in some ways but as a different driver there’s a lot of things Oscar can also bring to the team.”

Guess Lando Norris’ CV is a never-ending list of many talents. Even though he talked about taking up the leadership role next year, he already is carrying his team. Delivering the most points for McLaren, Lando is currently sitting in the 7th position in the drivers’ standings with 109 points.
His struggling teammate Daniel Ricciardo, on the other hand, has only 29 points, sitting in 12th position.
