We all know, on track, Max Verstappen likes to push the limits. However, there are also times off-track when the Dutchman has pushed his limits. One instance is from 2019 back when Verstappen was above the clouds celebrating his 22nd birthday.

And as the saying goes, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Discussing Max’s birthday, Jos Verstappen revealed how he too spent his weekends during his youth. “We had a 1-year racing break in my racing career when I was 17. I went partying Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and they had to pick me up and bring me home. That’s how drunk I was,” Jos Verstappen admitted.

Max echoed his father’s mentality and said, “I think this can happen sometimes, of course.” But admitted, “No, I don’t do really crazy things, but yeah!”
