Jean Todt is also a connection between the world and the Schumachers; he always provides fans with important updates, while still respecting the family’s desire for privacy. In conversation with the Daily Mail, the Frenchman shared his bittersweet experience with the Schumacher’s.

“If Corinna is there we have dinner together. If she is not, I spend time with Michael, but…” Todt isn’t sure if his friend recognizes him but doesn’t say anything further.

It must be difficult for Jean Todt, who frequents the Schumacher’s residency. However, for him, the priority is seeing his champion well and healthy again.

The Ferrari boss sheds light on Michael Schumacher and his family
The FIA boss keeps a diary of his visits to the man he calls his son. It’s been almost eight years since the incident, making it eight years since the public has lived in the shadows of their hero. However, Todt understands why the family insists on keeping his life a secret.

“I can understand why his family and friends are protecting him because we should leave him in peace.” What’s important according to Todt is that he’s doing well. “Michael is fighting, he is fighting, and we can only hope that he will improve.”

The Schumacher documentary gave the world a glimpse of how the family has adapted to this change in their lives. Especially Corinna Schumacher. More than anything, the documentary was like a love letter to her husband.
