Max Verstappen is in the Magic City for the inaugural Miami GP. The reigning champion drove his RB18 for the Friday Practice wearing his special Miami helmet. However, only a few people were able to figure out that his car too had a special sticker on the rear wing.

The Puerto Rican rapper Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, famously known as Bad Bunny, released his new album ‘A summer without you’. Further, the cover contains a song called ‘Andrea’ that has the Red Bull driver’s name. The rapper tried to compare how life moves as fast as the Dutch driver on the grid. Bad Bunny’s song lyrics say, “Life goes like Verstappen in Formula 1.”

The 24-year-old driver appreciated Bunny for mentioning him in the new song. So, Verstappen got Bad Bunny’s album cover on his rear wing on the Friday Practice. Undoubtedly, it was a nice gesture from the reigning world champion.

Although it wasn’t the first time Max got a song mentioning him. The Pitstop Boys, till now, have made 2 songs for the Dutchman, entitled ‘Super Max’. These songs went viral among the F1 community last season. And still, many fans sing this to support the 2021 world champion.

Max Verstappen was on fire in Miami FP2

The Dutchman is among the favorites this season, and he has the pace to fight for the championship. However, Verstappen has already faced two DNFs in the last four races. The reliability of the car has been a concerning issue for the Austrian constructor. So, they even had a new gearbox installed in Verstappen’s car during the FP2 of the Miami GP.

The reigning champion even came on late on the track during the FP2 because of the changes. However, he had to end his practice session as soon as he came on the circuit. The Dutchman faced issues with the car’s steering. And if that wasn’t enough, the rear right brake of his RB18 also caught fire and nearly led Verstappen into an incident with Aston Martin’s Lance Stroll.
