F1 Fan Narrates Unseen Side of Max Verstappen in Dramatic Interaction With Red Bull Champ

Known for his aggressive nature on the track, Max Verstappen is certainly one of the fan favorites. The Dutchman’s flamboyant racing style has not only brought him fandom and success but also nicknames such as ‘Mad Max’. However, there’s another side to the Red Bull ace, as shared by an F1 fan.
An F1 fan took to the Internet to share his experiences of meeting the defending F1 world champion. In a post, the fan shared, “I have met about 20 drivers and he is genuinely the nicest one I met.”

Talking about his encounter with Verstappen, the man further shared, “I see this kid [In a house in London] sprawled on the sofa like a teenager watching Netflix. I keep on glancing at him and talking at the woman for about 2 mins and at the end, I say f**k it – “I know you are a kid, but has anyone told you that you look like Max Verstappen?”
“This kid then jumps up and says it’s me. I am Max Verstappen…then he pulls out his phone and shows me all this videos and Instagram pages and photos of him and his red bull team. I also fire random questions to him about the last Grand Prix I attended just to make sure,” further asserted the F1 fan.
Max Verstappen is on his way to pick up back-to-back titles
Max Verstappen is probably having the best season of his career. The man from Red Bull not only has defeated everyone on track but also he grabbed eyeballs with a stunning contract at the beginning of this season at the Milton-Keynes-based team.
In the past two seasons, Max Verstappen has won an #F1 race on average every 1.9 races.

Even though the start of the season didn’t look like it’ll be a complete Verstappen-dominated year, it indeed turned out to be one. After the first three races, the Dutchman was hardly a favorite for the title, with reliability issues at Red Bull.
