The silver livery is back! World champions Mercedes AMG team revealed their W18 to the world. The most noticeable change was the car going back to its silver roots and ditching its black livery.

Although there is still a hint of black on the side of the car, it is indeed a return to silver for the team. On social media, the fans were left in awe of the car and its color as the team put out some photos on Twitter.

As reported by Motorsport.com, the return of seeing the silver colors back on the Mercedes F1 car sent its fans into delirium. They could not hide their excitement and sang praises for the new W18.

At the livery launch, Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff mentioned that it all starts with zero at the start of the season. He mentioned that he hopes the car to be competitive and fast on the track.
