Star-studded Bond premiere

The latest Bond movie has been a part of Formula One for quite some time now; the two have Aston Martin as their point of intersection. The Aston Martin F1 team has been running a 007 branding on their car and all over the paddock, as a way to promote the new film.

So, it was not a surprise when Aston Martin F1 driver Lance Stroll was seen during the World Premiere of No Time to Die. Lance visited the event with his girlfriend Sara Pagliaroli.

Aston Martin is the car that James Bond falls back to; however, the performance of the Aston Martin team in this season of Formula One has not been Bond-esque.

Currently sitting in seventh position with 59 points, Aston Martin have failed to achieve their target of leading the midfield till now. With Sebastian Vettel 12 and Lance Stroll 13 in the drivers’ standings, the car hasn’t been able to beat the AlphaTauri or the Alpine regularly.

With the 2022 season bringing in new regulations, maybe Aston Martin will jump back to where they aspire to be.
