F1 World Raises A Glass as McLaren Announces Mega Deal With America’s Favorite Whiskey Worth $6.5 Billion

The British F1 team McLaren has been on the news lately over Oscar Piastri’s signing. As the Piastri saga died down, the Woking-based team is trending again, but this time the reason is completely different. As per reports, McLaren has tied up with Jack Daniels.

McLaren Racing has announced a multi-year partnership with Jack Daniels’ Tennessee Whiskey. The said brand is to be Mclaren’s official partner for the 2023 F1 season. Both McLaren and Jack Daniels are to develop a themed program at the retail outlets post this partnership.

Talking about the new partnership, McLaren CEO Zak Brown conveyed,We are thrilled to welcome Jack Daniel to the McLaren F1 Team. Together we will look to reach new audiences as well as hosting a variety of events together.”

Jack Daniels’ Global Managing Director Sophia Angelis stated on the tie-up, “Entering the fast-growing world of Formula 1 with McLaren Racing aligns perfectly with our vision to make Jack Daniel’s the most iconic spirits brand globally.”

The F1 fans raised a toast to the new partnership

Jack Daniels has over 155 years of experience in crafting whiskey. The British team believes that the brand can provide them impetus in their way to commemorate their 60th birthday next season. As per reports, Jack Daniels’ Tennessee Whiskey can bring out specially labeled McLaren edition bottles in selected markets.

Fans reacted hilariously to the new partnership, saying “you lost one Daniel and gained another.”

Jack Daniels’ American Whiskey holds a great position in the American market in terms of sales. The brand is valued at an astonishing $6.5 Billion.

According to F1 expert Vincenzo Landino, “The data shows that the Jack Daniels audience is 8.9x more likely to engage McLaren than the baseline social user.”
